The model 1761 miniaturized, digitally controlled PIN diode attenuator covers the 2 to 18 GHz instantaneous frequency range. Miniature T/R Switch
The model HMC195 transmit/receive (T/R) switch supplied in a six-lead SOT-26 package is designed for use in switching applications that require high linearity and low insertion loss. The switch controls signals from DC to 3 GHz and is especially suited for 900 MHz, 1.8 to 2.2 GHz and 2.4 GHz industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) T/R applications.
