The IEEE International Frequency Control Symposium provides a forum for all topics of frequency control, including precision atomic and optical oscillators and clocks, precision timekeeping and time transfer, resonators, sensors and transducers. International leaders gather to present their latest results in the field. The symposium is preceded by a day of tutorial sessions presented by leaders in frequency control technology. The tutorials include both the fundamental topics of frequency and timing at a level suitable for practitioners new to the field, and more advanced and specialized topics related to specific areas.
