Sample Release - New GaN MMIC Power Amplifiers for C-Band Radar Applications
Wolfspeed will be offering samples off their new 25 and 50 W GaN MMICs for phased array radar applications. They operate from 5.2 to 5.9 GHz in a small 0.5 in. square package.

They have teamed with NanoSemi and National Instruments to ensure that their wideband, two-stage, LDMOS integrated power amplifier (20 and 40 W) is optimized for 5G.
