RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an ultra-low-noise, bypass LNA.
The Qorvo QPL9097 spans 3300 to 4200 MHz for 5G massive MIMO base station receiver applications as well as repeaters and tower mounted amplifiers. The integrated bypass function offers high linearity in bypass mode (IIP3 is 35 dBm). Mid-band noise figure is rated at 1 dB. Providing 22 dB of gain, the amplifier is specified at 32 dBm OIP3 in LNA mode. The QPL9097 is offered in a 2 mm x 2 mm DFN package.
