600 W Magnetron
The model IMG-915-600WA 915 MHz CW fixed-tuned, permanent magnet-focused magnetron features ceramic-metal construction, air cooling and rugged construction for laboratory and low power production industrial applications. Smooth power control from 120 to 600 W may be achieved by varying the anode voltage. The unique cathode design precludes the necessity for heater power adjustment during power up (zero RF output power) to maximum RF output. These features reduce the RF generator cost as well as the need for operating and maintenance training.

Internally Matched 60 W GaAs FET
The model TIM5964-60SL 60 W C-band GaAs FET is designed for use in solid-state power amplifiers for satellite earth station communication transmitters (SATCOM) and very small aperture terminals (VSAT) and covers a frequency range of 5.9 to 6.4 GHz. Output power is 48 dBm (typ), gain is 8.5 dB (typ) and IM3 is –45 dBc (typ). Providing superior power capability and featuring the same packaging as previous-generation parts, the unit eliminates the need for significant redesign. Price: $1100 each (100).

GPS Clock Module
The model 8833 GPS clock module for wireless base station applications is a GPS time and frequency printed circuit board assembly developed as an OEM module for integration into CDMA, WLL and cellular applications with 3G and IMT 2000 platforms. The device combines an eight-channel receiver, disciplined double-oven crystal oscillator, microprocessor, and precise time and frequency signal generator, providing inclusive reference and clock signals and simple integration. The unit computes time and frequency with one satellite and parallel tracking of eight satellites synchronized within 100 ns of GPS. Size: 4" x 8".

GaAs FETs
The FH1 and FHF1 high dynamic range FETs feature a mean time to failure in excess of 100 years and are 100 percent RF and DC tested prior to shipping. The FH1 operates from a 2.7 to 5 V power supply, delivers +42 dBm OIP3 with a 1.2 dB noise figure and a gain of 18 dB up to 3 GHz, and is designed as a general-purpose building block for use as an amplifier or mixer in CDMA, TDMA, AMPS and GSM cellular and PCS applications. The FHF1 also operates from a 2.7 to 5 V power supply, delivers +39 dBm OIP3 with 2.4 dB noise figure and a gain of 12 dB from 3 to 6 GHz and is designed for use as an amplifier or mixer in WLL, WLAN and UNII applications. Delivery: stock.
