TriQuint has released two new amplifiers for point-to-point microwave radio and Ku-band VSAT applications (12-16 GHz). The TGA2524-SM is designed for easy assembly in its standard 3x3mm QFN package. It also delivers high linearity and 35% lower power dissipation as well as 26.5 dBm of saturated output power and 23 dB small signal gain.

TriQuint’s new TGA2533 is a die-level 2W high-linearity power amplifier designed for multi-chip transceiver modules. TGA2533 offers best-in-class return loss and an integrated detector with >30 dB dynamic range. “TriQuint continues to grow its microwave portfolio by offering a wide range of solutions that deliver convenience and performance for simplified RF connectivity,” remarked James Nelson, TriQuint Marketing Manager.
