Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a new gallium nitride bias controller/sequencer module from M/A-COM Technology Solutions.

Crystek's CVCO55CC-3400-3400 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 3400 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3 V~4.9 V. This VCO features a max. phase noise of -112 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and has excellent linearity.
