LadyBug Technologies LLC announced this month that the company has received a second sales order from the US Government for its PowerSensor+™ line of miniaturized USB power meter-sensors.

This latest order included LadyBug models LB479A and LB579A. The LB479A is a miniaturized 10 MHz to 10 GHz USB power sensor capable of measuring CW, pulse and other types of signals. This model features VSWR of 1.09, operates over a wide dynamic range of -60 to +20 dBm, and offers Type-N, SMA and TNC connectivity options, both male and female.


LadyBug’s LB579A, also a miniaturized power sensor, operates over the 10 MHz to 18 GHz frequency range and measures CW, pulse and other signals. It boasts a dynamic range of -55 to +20 dBm, features VSWR of 1.2, and also offers Type-N, SMA and TNC connectivity in both male and female versions.

Commenting on the sale, LadyBug President Richard Hawkins noted that, “this second government contract underscores the company’s continuing sales strength in 2008. We are forecasting our strongest-performing year to date, with sales, revenue and units sold all at new highs.”
