Model ABP0100-10-1729 is a single stage E-PHEMT technology-based high linearity medium power amplifier (PA)module operating in the frequency range from 100 to 1000 MHz. It offers 17 dB of linear gain and +29 dBm minimum output power at 1 dB gain compression point. The output third order intercept point is about +44 dBm.
