Modelithics introduces 19 full-wave EM capable 3D geometry models for the TDK MLG0603S series surface mount inductor. The models are now available within Modelithics COMPLETE+3D Library for Ansys® HFSS™. Individual 3D models are available from 0.9 to 100 nH and are validated against multi-substrate measured S-Parameters through 20 GHz and equivalent series resistance (ESR), as well as against the corresponding Modelithics CLR Global Circuit model.
