RFMW announces design and sales support for a high-linearity, two-stage power amplifier in a low-cost surface-mount package. The Qorvo QPA9903, with on-chip bias control circuit, is suitable for small cell base station applications over the 1805 to 1880 MHz frequency range (Band 3). Providing 32 dB gain and 36 dBm P3dB, the QPA9903 achieves −50 dBc, DPD corrected ACPR at +28 dBm output power.
