RFMW Ltd. announces availability of a high frequency, wide band surface mountable directional coupler from Dielectric Laboratories (DLI). The FPC07180 spans 2 to 18 GHz in a castellated, surface mount package.
With a 20 dB coupling factor, main line insertion loss is only 0.8 dB max. DLI’s high dielectric ceramic materials offer small size and minimal performance variation over temperature ranges from -55 to +125 degrees C.
The FPC07180 package size is 0.500 x 0.150 x .015 in (12.7 x 3.81 x 0.381 mm).
