A high performance dual ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter with 5 to 6 GHz rejection band is proposed. The multiple L-shaped SIR resonators are incorporated with multiple-mode resonator (MMR) to provide wide transmission band and inhibit the signals ranged from 5- to 6-GHz.
This paper presents a mobile synchronization approach that could afford an inaccurate and inexpensive crystal [2]. The carrier frequency synchronization is achieved by adjusting the fractional-N PLL while the time base synchronization is obtained by introducing simple physical layer algorithms and existing hardware.
WiMAX chipmaker Sequans Communications is leading a new WiMAX development project that was recently established and funded by the European Commission. The purpose of the project is to develop a new air interface for the next generation of WiMAX, and to make key contributions to the IEEE 802.16m task...
This paper discusses a new pad scalability feature added to selected Global Models contained in Modelithics CLR Library[1,2]. The correlation between high frequency measured data and simulated performance, as well as interesting features such as arbitrary pad shape simulation, are also explored.
