Title: Essential Material Properties to Consider When Designing PCB Radar Systems for Automotive and Industrial Applications

Date: November 1, 2023

Time: 8am PT / 11am ET

Sponsored by: Rogers Corporation

Presented by: John Coonrod, Technical Marketing Manager and Ingmar van der Linden, Senior Market Segment Manager, Rogers Corporation

In recent years, radar technology has experienced significant advancements and expansion for automotive and industrial radar applications. This rapid expansion is due to a growing understanding of the benefits of radar technology across various markets. To design for new PCB-based radar applications, one needs to have a comprehensive grasp of the essential elements: critical circuit material properties, the impact of circuit fabrication, and the anticipated variations due to operational conditions. In this webinar you will learn about several key topics related to automotive and industrial PCB based radar applications as follows:

  • How Rogers accelerates customers' success in Industrial and Automotive radar markets.
  • Critical circuit material properties, including glass weave effect.
  • PCB fabrication influences on radar performance.
  • Sharing PCB based radar applications test methods and results from multiple studies.
