Eric Higham, Technical Editor

Eric previously worked as Director of the Advanced Semiconductor Applications and the Advanced Defense Systems Services at Strategy Analytics. He is an industry veteran with more than 40 years of semiconductor experience. Previously, he performed a variety of engineering, business development, marketing and management functions for M/A-COM, MicroDynamics and Raytheon. Eric holds an MSEE degree from Northeastern University and a BSEE degree from Cornell University.

Rodger H. Hosking, Director of Sales

Rodger H. Hosking is director of sales for Mercury’s mixed-signal products. He is responsible for new product definition, technology development, and strategic alliances. Rodger has more than 30 years in the electronics industry and is one of the co-founders of Pentek; he has authored hundreds of articles about software radio and digital signal processing. Prior to his current position, he served as engineering manager at Wavetek/Rockland, and he holds patents in frequency synthesis and spectrum-analysis techniques. He holds a BS degree in physics from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania and BSEE and MSEE degrees from Columbia University in New York.

Rohde & Schwarz

Tim Fountain, Global Market Segment Manager RADAR & EW

Tim is the Global Market Segment Manager at Rohde & Schwarz, where he is responsible for the RADAR & Electronic Warfare segment. Tim has over 30 years of experience with market leaders in the Test & Measurement industry, focusing on RF and microwave applications in Aerospace & Defense. He started his professional life as an applications engineer and has also had roles in R&D, product planning, product marketing and business development. Tim holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering from University of Hertfordshire in the UK. He is also certified as a chartered professional engineer in Europe. In his spare time Tim likes to fly, and is an instrument rated private pilot.

Analog Devices

Peter Delos, Senior Principal Engineer, Aerospace and Defense Group

Peter Delos is a Senior Principal Engineer in the Aerospace and Defense Group at Analog Devices. He received his BSEE from Virginia Tech in 1990 and MSEE from NJIT in 2004. Peter has over 30 years of industry experience. Most of his career has been spent designing advanced RF/Analog systems at the architecture level, PWB level, and IC level. He is currently focused on miniaturizing high performance Receiver, Waveform Generator, and Synthesizer designs for Phased Array applications.
