Eric Higham, Director of the Advanced Semiconductor Applications and the Advanced Defense Systems Services
Eric Higham is Director of the Advanced Semiconductor Applications and the Advanced Defense Systems Services at Strategy Analytics. He develops forecasts, insights and analysis to provide an understanding of the dynamics and trends for processes, materials and components in a variety of commercial and defense markets. He is an industry veteran with more than 42 years of semiconductor experience. Previously, he performed a variety of engineering, business development, marketing and management functions for M/A-COM, MicroDynamics and Raytheon. Eric holds an MSEE degree from Northeastern University and a BSEE degree from Cornell University.

Tim Fountain, Global Market Segment Manager RADAR & EW
Tim is the Global Market Segment Manager at Rohde & Schwarz, where he is responsible for the RADAR & Electronic Warfare segment. Tim has over 30 years of experience with market leaders in the Test & Measurement industry, focusing on RF and microwave applications in Aerospace & Defense. He started his professional life as an applications engineer and has also had roles in R&D, product planning, product marketing and business development. Tim holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering from University of Hertfordshire in the UK. He is also certified as a chartered professional engineer in Europe. In his spare time Tim likes to fly, and is an instrument rated private pilot.
Rodger Hosking, Director of Sales
Rodger H. Hosking is director of sales for Mercury’s mixed signal products. He is responsible for new product definition, technology development and strategic alliances. With over 30 years in the electronics industry and one of the co-founders of Pentek, he has authored hundreds of articles about software radio and digital signal processing. Prior to his current position, he served as engineering manager at Wavetek/Rockland, and holds patents in frequency synthesis and spectrum analysis techniques. He holds a BS degree in Physics from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania and BSEE and MSEE degrees from Columbia University in New York.

Joe Guerci, President/CEO
Dr. Guerci has over 30 years of experience in advanced technology research and development in government, industrial, and academic settings. His government service included a 7 year term with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in which he held the positions of Program Manager, Deputy Office Director, and finally Director of the Special Projects Office (SPO, SES-4). In these capacities, Dr. Guerci was involved in the inception, research, development, execution, and ultimately transition of next generation multidisciplinary technologies. He is currently President/CEO of Information Systems Laboratories, Inc., a global leader in sensor technologies, energy, and modeling/simulation/training systems.
Dr. Guerci is a recognized leader in the research and development of next generation sensor and communication systems. In addition to authoring over 100 peer reviewed articles, he is the author of several popular books including Space-Time Adaptive Processing for Radar (Artech House, 2003, 2nd Ed. 2014), and the recently published Cognitive Radar, (Artech House, 2010, 2nd Ed. 2020). Dr. Guerci is the recipient of the IEEE Dennis J Picard Medal (2020) "For contributions to advanced, fully adaptive radar systems and real-time knowledge-aided, and cognitive radar processing architectures", and the IEEE Warren D. White Award for “Excellence in Radar Adaptive Processing and Waveform Diversity”, and is a Fellow of the IEEE for “Contributions to Advanced Radar Theory and its Embodiment in Real-World Systems”. He was also the General Chair for the 2015 IEEE International Radar Conference, and currently is the Radar Series Editor for Artech House publishers, a member of the Senior Editorial Board for the IEEE Signal Processing Magazine, and is a Distinguished Industry Lecturer (2020) for the IEEE Signal Processing Society.
A graduate of NYU Polytechnic Institute with a Ph.D.E.E (now Tanden School of Engineering), Dr. Guerci has held adjunct professorships in engineering and applied mathematics at The City University of New York, NYU Polytechnic University, The Cooper Union for Advancement of Art and Science, and Virginia Tech. Additionally, he has held senior engineer and scientist positions in industry and was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for SAIC’s $2B+/year Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Group, and is currently a member of several industrial, academic, and government advisory boards.
Ted Jones, Senior Product Line Manager, Qorvo High-Performance Solutions
Ted Jones is Sr. Product Line Director for High-Performance Solutions Services within Infrastructure and Defense Products (IDP) at Qorvo. The Services product line includes Foundry, Advanced Packaging, Silicon Services and Spatium® (wide band solid state power amplifiers). He has extensive experience in both the defense and commercial industries covering RF Systems and Program/Business management. His product experience includes Sensors, Subsystems, Advanced Packaging and Manufacturing. Ted has a BSEE degree from the University of Colorado and a MSEE degree from the University of Texas Arlington.
Dan Wilmot, Vice President of Business Development, CAES Integrated Defense Systems Division, CAES Space Systems Division
Dan is the Vice President of Business Development for CAES Integrated Defense Systems. He is responsible for new product architecture, technology roadmaps and strategic customer relationships.
Dan has over 35 years of experience developing MMIC/RFICs, microwave/mmwave modules and subsystems for Radar, EW and Communication systems. Dan is actively working several AESA and Beamformer developments. Prior to joining CAES, Dan held leadership positions at Shadow MicroTek, Sirenza, Vari-L, Rockwell, and Interstate Electronics. Dan Holds an MSEE from CSU Fullerton, an MBA from The University of Colorado and a BSEE from UC Santa Barbara.
