Eric Higham, Director of the Advanced Semiconductor Applications and the Advanced Defense Systems Services
Eric Higham is Director of the Advanced Semiconductor Applications and the Advanced Defense Systems Services at Strategy Analytics. He develops forecasts, insights and analysis to provide an understanding of the dynamics and trends for processes, materials and components in a variety of commercial and defense markets. He is an industry veteran with more than 42 years of semiconductor experience. Previously, he performed a variety of engineering, business development, marketing and management functions for M/A-COM, MicroDynamics and Raytheon. Eric holds an MSEE degree from Northeastern University and a BSEE degree from Cornell University.
Pete Moosbrugger, Vice President of Advanced Antenna Technology
Pete Moosbrugger joined Anokiwave in August 2019 as the VP of Advanced Antenna Technology and is responsible for managing the antenna team, the antenna technology roadmaps, and supporting key customers activities.
Prior to joining Anokiwave, Pete was the Chief Technologist for the Phased Array mission area at Ball Aerospace, where he worked for more than 21 years developing phased array technology for the US government and commercial markets. He holds numerous patents, has written technical articles for more than ten publications, and has spoken on numerous panels discussing commercial satellite communications and 5G topics.
Pete earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Ethan Lin, Vice President of TMYTEK
Ethan Lin is a serial entrepreneur who founded three companies since 2007. He is the VP and Co-founder of TMYTEK. A start-up company focuses on 5G mmWave solutions. He leads the software technology and marketing teams and helped the company successfully raising pre-A and A funds. Before TMYTEK, Ethan founded Scarlet Tech, a successful IoT company run until today. He ever worked for the smartphone maker HTC and cooperated with Microsoft and Qualcomm closely in the fields of software and wireless communication. In the first job, he built the world's largest infrared telescope (WIRCam) for CFHT in Hawaii. Ethan holds a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering on the topic of Quantum Dots IR detectors from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan.
Jeff Gudewicz, Chief Product Officer
Jeffrey Gudewicz is the Chief Product Officer for Wilson Electronics. Jeff Served as the Vice President of Product Development at Wilson Electronics since 2015 and served as Director of Business Development and Product Line Management at Wilson Electronics since 2013. Prior experience for Mr. Gudewicz featured business development, marketing, sales, business unit and engineering management roles at RFMD, Sirenza Microdevices, Vari-L and JFW Industries. He has a diverse background in technical management, product development, marketing, sales and business development from more than 25 years in the RF and cellular market. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Regis University.
Eric Black, Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Eric Black is a founding member of Pivotal Commware and currently serves as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. After receiving his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon in 2010, Eric worked on several DARPA and other defense projects at Boeing Research and Technology. His interests and experience span the entire electromagnetic spectrum from DC to daylight. He has always been interested in design, fabrication, and evaluation of metamaterial-enhanced electromagnetic systems as well as working on novel EM sensing techniques and methods. He has worked on systems with effective ranges as short as tens of nanometers (near field recording) to as long as tens of kilometers (Phased Arrays). Currently, he is advancing the state of the art in holographic metamaterial beamformers in the microwave domain.

George Palikaras, President & CEO
George Palikaras is a Deeptech Entrepreneur and the founding CEO of Meta Materials Inc. He is a named inventor in 30 patents. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, George worked as a researcher at Queen Mary University in London in wearable and implantable sensors development. He also worked in industry at Wireless Technology Laboratories (former Nortel Networks) working with a team of engineers and managers through contract bidding and technology development for large telecommunication OEMs in excess of $30m.
