Title: Designing and Optimizing an Inmarsat RF Front End Using an RF Transceiver With Digital Pre-Distortion

Date: August 18, 2021

Time: 12:00pm PT / 3:00pm ET

Sponsored by: Wolfspeed and Richardson RFPD

Presented by: Ryan Baker, Product Marketing Manager RF Components and Foundry Services and Larry Hawkins, Director – Technical Marketing Integrated Solutions and Systems

Abstract:
Radios can be brought to market quickly by designing market specific RF fronts ends for use with multi-market transceivers that cover a frequency range from 30 MHz to 6 GHz.  We will be showing how to develop an Inmarsat (1600MHz) transceiver using Wolfspeed GaN-on-SiC HEMT and a System on Module (SoM) that includes Analog Devices wideband transceiver IC.
