Quarterwave Corporation was founded in 1987 to meet the demanding need for radar cross-section measurement and simulation of target signatures essential to development of advanced radar and stealth technology of the day.

Today, Quarterwave produces Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTA), ranging in power from 5 Watts CW to 50 kW pulsed. These amplifiers have become industry standard for reliable, stable, low noise performance required for radar parameter measurement and microwave signal simulation for electronic warfare and training.

Quarterwave’s customers include the FAA, multiple branches of the U.S. military and many major defense contractors, several of whom have used our products for over 30 years.
