Mikulsky Named President and CEO of Endwave

October 22, 2009

Endwave Corp., a provider of high frequency RF solutions for mobile communications networks, announced that Ed Keible will step down as Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director effective November 30, 2009. The Board of Directors named John Mikulsky as President and Chief Executive Officer succeeding Keible. The board also elected Mikulsky to the Board of Directors effective December 1, 2009. Mikulsky is currently Endwave's President and Chief Operating Officer.

"Ed has guided the strategic vision of Endwave since 1993, taking the company public in 2000 and ensuring our focus on cost-effective RF modules and packaging technologies for our customers," said John Mikulsky, Endwave's President and Chief Executive Officer. "Ed's leadership, customer-centric focus and technical acuity will be missed."

"John is a seasoned technology veteran with more than 35 years experience that spans both the semiconductor and telecommunications industries," said Keible. "I believe that John is the right person to lead Endwave as it enters the next chapter of its history, and expands its product offerings beyond the telecommunications industry."

Mikulsky began his Endwave career in 1996 holding key positions in marketing, business development and product development. In 2005 he assumed the position as Chief Operating Officer where he was instrumental in the planning and execution of the company's operating strategy. In July of this year, Mikulsky was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer responsible for the company's operations and technology. Prior to joining Endwave, he held management positions at Raychem Corp. Mikulsky holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University, an MS degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an SM degree in management from the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
