200 W, X-Band, Solid-State Pulsed Power Amplifier

RFHIC (Radio Frequency Hybrid Integrated Circuit), a global leader in designing and manufacturing GaN RF and Microwave products, is introducing its latest 200 W, X-Band solid-state power amplifier designed for weather, early warning and ship-based radar system applications. 

The RRM9397200-560 delivers 200 W of pulsed output power operating at 9,300 to 9,700 MHz, with a duty cycle of 10 percent. This state-of-the-art power amplifier delivers a gain of 56 dB and has a PAE of 20 percent. The amplifier has a rise and fall time of 50 ns and a switching time of 250 ns. This industry leading SWaP-C is available in a module form that measures 140 x 140 x 25 mm with SMA female connectors for simplified integration.
