Digital Attenuators

The model AA107-310 and AA109-310 GaAs IC five-big digital attenuators feature serial to parallel silicon drivers as well as low loss, high attenuator accuracy and high IP3. The attenuators are designed for use in basestations, wireless data and wireless local loop applications. The AA107-310 has LSB of 0.5 dB, which allows for gain control up to 15.5 dB. As a result, it allows for tight power control. This attenuator covers DC to 2.0 GHz and can be used in IF circuits. The AA109-310, designed for RF frequencies, covers from 0.5 to 2.5 GHz. It has 1.0 dB LSB, for a total attenuation of 31 dB. The performance of the attenuators allow for control of a large power range. Size: 5 x 5 mm. Price: $8.35.

Surface-mount 90° Hybrid Coupler

The part number 1M703 Xinger® brand surface-mount 90° hybrid coupler is designed for balanced amplifiers and signal distribution, and push-pull amplifiers (3.3 to 3.7 GHz). The new micropackaged unit supports ISM and LMDS applications. The coupler offers 23 dB (min) isolation, 0.20 dB (max) insertion loss, an SWR of 1.19, amplitude balance of ±0.20 dB (max) and 4° (max) phase balance. MMCX PC Board Receptacles

These microminiature PC board receptacles offer design engineers savings and design ver- satility. When mounted to a PC board, the mating end is flush with the edge of the board, allowing boards to be connected in close proximity. The snap-on mating interface of MMCX connectors provides quick, secure connection of PC boards and other components. The connector pairs can also be rotated after mating for reposition of connected components, making them ideal for use in PCMCIA wireless antenna applications. 30 W Wilkinson Divider/Combiner

The model 30-BD-FFA-2 two-way Wilkinson divider/combiner has a frequency range of 800 MHz to 3.5 GHz and power rating is 30 W into a SWR of 1.15, 10 W into 1.50 and 1 W into an open. Broadband Filter Bank

This bank of three filters utilizes a broadband filter synthesis technique to realize highly selective filtering for the 1.7 GHz IF band. Typical passbands range from 25 to 40 percent, bandpass flatness is less than 1.0 dB and 2.0 ns. Passband SWR is better than 1.5. Skirt selectivity is greater than 35 dBc at 1.06 times the passband edge. Inputs/outputs are 0.017" diameter pins. Size for each of the three filters is 1.75" x 0.50" x 0.25".

High Power Remote Resistive Termination

The model RU324 high power remote resistive termination operates over the 10 MHz to 2 GHz bandwidth. The design has successfully integrated into the company's products where thermal management is an issue. The thermal interface can be attached via captive screw, through holes or tapped holes. This dual band combiner covers cellular-PCS and GSM900-1800 for dual band antennas. High Frequency Power Dividers

The D-10265 series of high frequency power dividers is comprised of compact microstrip units covering the 10 to 26.5 GHz frequency range. These units provide low SWR at all ports and high isolation between all output ports. Phase and amplitude tracking of all outputs are excellent due to the symmetrical designs. Combinations of two-way, multi-step transformers in one package forms the basic building blocks in these Wilkinson type power dividers. SMP Coaxial Connector Series

This SMP coaxial connector line features a snap-in vibration proof connection, suitable for high shock mobile applications and space level connector requirements of extreme random vibration, thermal shock and outgassing environments. RF Coaxial Adapter Kits

These user-customizable type-N adapter kits are designed for mating calibration equipment with virtually any other series of RF coaxial connector. Broadband Directional Detectors

This line of broadband directional detectors begins at 0.5 GHz and uses directional cou- plers and microwave zero bias Schottky detectors. Model 201040013 (13 dB nominal coupling) covers the entire frequency band of 1 to 40 GHz. Frequency sensitivity (with respect to output) is ±1.7 dB (min). Spectrum Analyzer

The PSA-45 series of spectrum analyzers features a new design, which incorporates a high contrast LCD display and battery power in a small, light and easy-to-use package.
