MACOM's Wideband Double-Balanced Mixers

Wideband Double-Balanced Mixers: MAMX Series

June 13, 2018

Launching a new portfolio, MACOM Technology Solutions announced two wideband double balanced mixers covering the 8 to 43 and 18 to 46 GHz frequency ranges. Delivering low conversion loss, high linearity and a wide IF bandwidth, the new MAMX series mixers are well-suited to meet the performance requirements for next-generation test and measurement, microwave radio and radar.

The double balanced circuit configuration of the MAMX series provides excellent port isolation, and internal 50 Ω matching simplifies usage. The class 1B (500 to 1000 V) ESD rating ensures ruggedness and reliability. Both devices, the MAMX-011036 and MAMX-011054, are available in compact 3 mm, 12-lead QFN plastic packages and bare die formats, for flexible integration.
