The IsoLOG 3D Mobile, Aaronia’s latest development, is an ultra-light and small isotropic antenna that is compatible with any spectrum analyzer. Designed specifically for field monitoring and surveillance applications, the 3D antenna covers the frequency range of 9 kHz to 6 GHz. It is ready for use, a plug-and-play solution for 3D measurements in limited time frames. The antenna requires no software installation, no power connection and no hardware changes. It is connected with the type N (male) connector to any analyzer or oscilloscope.
Each IsoLOG 3D Mobile includes an internal, rechargeable battery, offering a run time of six hours, and a switchable low noise bypass preamplifier. The integrated amplifier allows measurements of very low power signals. In bypass mode, the antenna is usable for high field strengths. The control of the antenna is done via USB or a manual antenna selection mode requiring no USB connection.
Aaronia also integrated an ultra-fast adjustable "chopper" function. Using special, glitch-free RF switches, this feature enables an automatic, endless antenna rotation/selection, with a switching duration of up to 50 kHz. This feature transforms the IsoLOG 3D Mobile into a fully functional 3D antenna without the need for USB software control.
Shipped in a waterproof transport case and accompanied with a pistol grip with tripod functionality, the antenna leaves nothing to be desired.
