Single-Pole, Double-Throw Switch: SKY13592-689LF

Skyworks has released the SKY13592-689LF, a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch for mode switching in WLAN applications such as ISM band radios, smartphones and connectivity modules. 

This 1.0-6.0 GHz device uses advanced switching technologies to maintain low insertion loss and high isolation for all switching paths.  It also delivers high-linearity performance, making it an ideal choice for low-power transmit/receive applications.  Integrated DC blocking capacitors eliminate the need for external DC blocking capacitors. 

This switch comes in an ultra-miniature, 1 × 1 × 0.5 mm, 6-pin exposed pad plastic Micro Lead-frame Package Dual (MLPD) package.
