Class A Linear Amplifier
The model AR88258-50 class A linear amplifier operates over the full 800 to 2500 MHz frequency range with 50 W of output power at the 1 dB compression point (P1dB). 1930 - 1990 MHz PCS Power Amplifier
The model PA1151 4 W ultra-linear power amplifier operates from 1930 to 1990 MHz for use in PCS applications. The unit features typical high IP3 of +54 dBm, low noise figure of 2.4 dB, high output power of +36.8 dBm, gain of 26.5 dB, gain flatness of ±0.5 dB, reverse isolation of 45 dB and SWR of 1.5.

2 - 4 GHz GaAs HBT MMIC SDLA
The model MSD2040LA-1 heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) successive detection logarithmic amplifier (SDLA) features low power consumption, rapid rise and fall times of 10 and 20 ns, respectively, and good linearity of ±1 dB. In addition, the unit operates over a frequency range of 2 to 4 GHz with a dynamic range of -60 to 0 dBm, video slope of 20 mV/dB, SWR of 2 and DC power of Vcc = +5 V at 170 mA and Vee = -5 V at 100 mA.
