ANTENNAS

INMARSAT 4' Antenna
The model AS48-15C/D INMARSAT 4' antenna with radome is designed for fixed-site applications for high wind requirements. The unit operates over a frequency range of 1525 to 1660 MHz, consists of a 4' reflector and circular-polarized L-band feed with a conical radome and is supported by four fiberglass spars. Additional specifications include an operating power of 60 W and axial ratio of 2 dB (max).

Parabolic Antennas
These parabolic antennas are designed for use in the National Information Infrastructure and ISM frequency bands of 5.25 to 5.85 GHz. Offered in plane and dual-polarized models, the units feature a newly designed feed that terminates with a type N connector while the reflectors are offered in two-, four- and six-foot diameters. Optional conical radomes are available for the protection of the antennas' feed assembly in harsh environments.

Wireless Antennas
The Archetec series wireless antennas are designed to blend in both interior and exterior environments while exceeding all typical WLL/PCS antenna environmental requirements. The unit features a unique universal mount that allows placement at any angle on any surface. The swivel mount provides a full range of movement (+/-30° vertical and +/-90° horizontal) for manual adjustment of the antenna. A cable tray conceals connector interfaces for optimum mechanical and electrical performance. SMA or TNC connectors can be provided. The antennas are available in five variations covering the frequency requirements of ISM, PCS, DECT and DCS. Typical gain is 7 to 12 dB, depending on frequency, and polarization options include circular and linear.

Single-offset, Ku-band VSAT Antenna
This 1.8 m single-offset, Ku-band very small aperture terminal (VSAT) antenna offers EUTELSAT compliance and is based on a rugged aluminum reflector and a strong, easy-to-install mounting system. The unit achieves a mid-band Tx gain of 46.6 dBi, Rx gain of 45.2 dBi and cross-polar discrimination of greater than 35 dB by utilizing a state-of-the-art compensated feed and precision aluminum reflector. An azimuth adjustment of +/-180° and elevation adjustment of 5° to 90° are available along with reflector heating and a range of mounting options.

ISM-band Patch Antenna
The model S2401290P linearly polarized, beam-shaped antenna provides for reception and transmission in the 2.4 to 2.5 GHz industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) frequency band. The antenna consists of five serial-fed microstrip elements that provide a gain of 12.5 dBi (min) with a nominal 90° x 10° half-power beamwidth. The unit has an SWR of 2 and an impedance of 50 W. The antenna housing is vacuumed formed out of polyvinyl chloride in a rugged UV-stabilized radome that is weather resistant for outdoor applications. Size: 3" x 26" x 1".
