Keysight Technologies Inc. announced a new organizational structure designed to align the company’s activities with the development of customer solutions. The organizational changes include the creation of a centralized Corporate Planning and Technology team, and a move to three customer-focused business groups – the Communications Solutions Group, the Industrial Solutions Group and the Services Solutions Group.

"As we complete our first year as an independent company, I am proud of our successes and the results that we have delivered, including keeping customer satisfaction very high, completing our stabilization early, and executing a major acquisition," said Ron Nersesian, Keysight’s president and chief executive officer. "The changes that we’re announcing are the next step in our evolution and are designed to focus directly on our customers and the development of the solutions they need to succeed in their industries."

Jay Alexander, Keysight senior vice president and chief technology officer, will lead the Corporate Planning and Technology team. In this expanded role, Alexander has responsibility for strategic planning and corporate development, Keysight Labs, software architecture and platforms, and central technology development.

Michael Gasparian, Keysight senior vice president, has been named president of the Communications Solutions Group, addressing the complete wireless ecosystem and the aerospace & defense businesses. Gasparian was most recently the company’s senior vice president, customer support and services and worldwide marketing.

Gooi Soon Chai, Keysight senior vice president, has been named president of the Industrial Solutions Group, addressing the automotive, energy, general electronics, manufacturing and semiconductor businesses. Gooi was most recently the company’s senior vice president, order fulfillment and infrastructure. In his new role, Gooi will also retain responsibility for Keysight’s order fulfillment, global sourcing and information technology functions.

John Page has been named senior vice president, Keysight, and president of the Services Solutions Group. Page was most recently the company’s vice president, business finance. Page will build out a portfolio of Technology Management Services, such as multi-vendor calibration and asset management.

Guy Séné, senior vice president, worldwide sales, will focus on sales growth as the leader of Keysight’s global sales function. His role will include integrating, managing and growing the business from the recent acquisition of Anite.

"I am excited about the people whom we have named to leadership positions in the realigned organization," continued Nersesian. "Jay, Mike, Soon Chai, John and Guy are proven leaders with deep knowledge and exceptional customer insights across the range of our businesses. I look forward to working with them in their new roles as we continue to deliver on Keysight’s growth opportunities.”
