Dielectric Resonator Oscillator: SOD-26303230-KF-S1

2014-07-25 SOD-26303230-KF-S1  26 0 GHz Dielectric Resonator OscillatoModel SOD-26303230-KF-S1 is a 26 GHz dielectric resonator oscillator (DRO). The oscillator is a free running oscillator with high frequency stability which is achieved by implementing a high quality dielectric resonator. The oscillator exhibits +30 dBm output power and low phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz at 100 KHz offset.

The frequency stability of the oscillator is +/- 4 ppm or better in the temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. The internal voltage regulator and output amplifier further improve frequency stability by isolating the external bias pushing/modulation and load pulling. A self-locking screw provides +/- 150 MHz mechanical tuning bandwidth without affecting the oscillator performance. The bias condition is +6.0 Vdc/1,350 mA. The RF output is via an K (F) connector and the DRO measures 2.1”(L) x 0.9”(W) x 0.9”(H) and weigh 2 ounces.

Various DROs at different frequencies up to 110 GHz and different power levels are also offered under different model numbers.
