High Pulse Power RF Transistor
The model TPR700 high power common base transitor is designed to support the short-pulsed requirements for pulsed identification friend or foe applications in the frequency band from 1030 to 1090 MHz. The transistor features a minimum power output of 700 W peak with a 6.7 dB (min) (7.5 dB (typ)) power gain at a pulse width of 10 ms with a one percent duty cycle at 50 V. The unit includes input returns to ensure fast rise time within the system requirement of 100 ns. In addition, the transistor includes gold, thin-film metallization and hermetic packages for long life and high reliability. Delivery: stock to six weeks.

Threshold Detector
The model THD 6018 microwave threshold detector assemblies are manufactured with custom-designed planar tunnel diodes that provide temperature stability and reliability. The threshold limit is field adjustable from –20 to +10 dBm. The response time for these detectors is less than 500 ns with input flatness of 1.5 dB (typ). The detectors can be supplied with removable SMA connectors or in a hermetically sealed module configuration.
