Broadband, Low Video Transient Switches
The models SWN-AKG-1DR-12-HS-LVT and SWN-AKG-1DR-12X-LVT SPST PIN diode switches cover the frequency band of 0.5 to 18 GHz and are available in either reflective or absorptive versions. Isolation is typically 100 dB at 0.5 GHz and 80 dB at 18 GHz. Switching speed is typically £ 50 ns with rise/fall of £ 10 ns and low video transients. Power handling is +20 dBm operating and 1 W survival. Size: 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5". Control is TTL compatible. Multithrow versions also are available.

DC - 6 GHz Connectors
The 50 W MicroMate series connectors operate from DC to 6 GHz and feature the MMCX interface, which complies with the CECC22000 European specification. Various patterns, cable entries and adaptors can be selected. Ready-made cables can be purchased from the company or users can assemble the cable themselves. The new production technology features improved stamping and mold design to create a slightly lower connector profile, which allows for better PCB stackability and provides a guided entry for the connectors. The interface guarantees good mechanical and electrical performance up to 6 GHz.

Drop-in Isolator
This drop-in isolator designed for cellular radio applications delivers good intermodulation (IM) performance of better than –90 dBc in forward IM products and –108 dBc in reverse IM products. Other typical parameters include isolation of 25 dB (max), insertion loss of 0.28 dB (min) and return loss of 23 dB.

SATCOM Coaxial Relay Switch
This relay switch is designed specifically for satellite communications (SATCOM) applications in the avionics market. The switch meets the environmental requirements of RTCA document DO-160C and ARINC 741 characteristics. The SPDT electromechanical switch offers failsafe indicator circuitry and is available in 115 V AC or 15 V DC versions. Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexer Filter
This dense wavelength division multiplexer (WDM) filter is designed specifically for dense WDM systems and achieves 200 GHz narrow line width filtering at International Telecommunication Union wavelengths with low insertion loss and high channel isolation. The filter uses thin-film interference coatings, which provides good environmental stability. Size: 5.5 (diam) x 32.0 mm. The filters can be cascaded in any sequence for a 16- or 32-channel multiplexer or demultiplexer array.

Broadband SP5T PIN Diode Switch
The model 1802 SP5T PIN diode switch operates over the 300 MHz to 26 GHz frequency range. This solid-state, TTL-driven switch is designed to multiplex several signal sources into a common output. The unit's five input ports are broken into several frequency bands, including 0.3 to 4 GHz, 4 to 8 GHz, 8 to 14 GHz, 14 to 18 GHz and 18 to 26 GHz. The common output port has an instantaneous bandwidth of 300 MHz to 26 GHz. Custom frequency bands are available. The 50 W switch is equipped with SMA connectors and features an SWR over the entire band of less than 2.2 (max). 37 to 40 GHz Waveguide Isolator and Circulator
The model T-036W01 isolator and model C-036W01 circulator are designed for use in 38 GHz microwave radios. Both models typically offer 25 dB isolation, 0.25 dB insertion loss and 1.15 SWR over the 36 to 40 GHz range. SDRAM-based, 168-pin DIMM Module
These 16 M synchronous dynamic random access memory (SDRAM)-based dual in-line memory modules (DIMM) utilize components built on 0.30 mm process technology and are designed to support the 100 MHz PC bus speeds that are becoming the industry standard. Sample volumes of the 3.3 V DIMMs are available in several versions, including 2 M x 64 (model MT8LSDT264AG), 2 M x 72 ECC (model MT9LSDT272AG), 4 M x 64 (model MT16LSDT464AG) and 4 M x 72 ECC (model MT18LSDT472AG). PCS Transmit Bandpass Filter
The model C5031 personal communications service (PCS) transmit bandpass filter passes the 1930 to 1990 MHz PCS transmit frequencies while providing greater than 50 to 60 dB rejection to the 1850 to 1910 MHz receive frequencies. The filter provides good frequency flatness with a low insertion loss and SWR of 0.9 dB and 1.45, respectively. 2800 - 5300 MHz Microwave Mixers
The SKY-53R series microwave mixers feature wideband 2800 to 5300 MHz coverage and an IF response from DC to 500 MHz (usable to 2200 MHz). PCS Directional Couplers
This directional coupler from the company's TELEPAC™ series operates over the 1700 to 2100 MHz frequency band and offers insertion loss of 0.2 dB (max), SWR of 1.29 (max) and directivity of 18 dB (min). These four-line data line chokes provide a space-saving alternative to wired components in automotive engineering, industrial electronics, telephone systems, building services and automation. Terminal Blocks
The 7600 series filtered terminal blocks eliminate electromagnetic interference (EMI) at a logical point in the circuit without increasing component count or adding solder connections. Miniature/Subminiature Profile Resonators and Inductors
These ceramic coaxial line resonators and inductors designed for low frequency applications are available in four different dielectric constants to operate from 300 MHz to 3 GHz. Chip Inverters
The DUREL® series model D358 electroluminescent (EL) driver developed by Durel Corp. is tailored specifically to power larger EL displays used in cellular telephones, personal digital assistants, databanks and global positioning handsets. Matching the IC inverter with standard DUREL EL lamp construction provides a system that uses very low battery power to backlight a relatively large liquid crystal display and membrane keypad area. Cable Modem ASIC Chip
The model STEL-2176 application-specific IC (ASIC) chip incorporates all of the modulator/demodulator functions required for subscriber modems in hybrid fiber coax cable systems. Ultraminiature Surface-mount Trimmer Capacitors
The JS series ultraminiature trimmer capacitors measure 2.8 x 2.2 x 1.0 mm and maintain the good stability of the larger JZ and JR series trimmers.
