HMC713MS8E Detector/Controller & HMC758LP3E LNA

January 17, 2011

Ideal for RF transmitter power amplifier control and RSSI measurement in cellular basestations, radio links and radar, the HMC713MS8E Logarithmic Detector/Controller converts RF signals at its input to a proportional output DC voltage. The HMC713MS8E delivers ±1 dB dynamic range of 54 dB from 100 MHz to 2700 MHz with outstanding stability from -40°C to +85°C. The HMC713MS8E is housed in a MSOP-8 SMT package and, can be used as a pinout compatible upgrade to the Analog Devices AD8314.

The HMC758LP3E is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that is ideal for Cellular/3G, WiMAX & LTE/4G basestations, test instrumentation and military applications from 700 to 2200 MHz. Optimized to provide 1.7 dB noise figure, 21 dB gain and up to +37 dBm output IP3, the HMC758LP3E features an externally adjustable supply current, is housed in a 3x3 mm QFN SMT package and operates from a +3V to +5V supply.
