HMC684LP4E, HMC685LP4E, HMC688LP4E and HMC666LP4E

January 17, 2011

The HMC684LP4E, HMC685LP4E, HMC688LP4E and HMC666LP4E are SiGe BiCMOS Mixer RFICs which are rated from 0.7 to 1.0 GHz, 1.7 to 2.2 GHz, 2.0 to 2.7 GHz and 3.1 to 3.9 GHz, respectively. Each product consists of a high linearity double-balanced mixer core and a matched local oscillator (LO) amplifier which combine to deliver up to +35 dBm input IP3 with only 0 dBm of input LO drive. The HMC684LP4E, HMC685LP4E, HMC688LP4E and HMC666LP4E feature single-ended LO and RF ports and are optimized for low side LO frequency plans.

Also released are the HMC686LP4E, HMC687LP4E, and HMC689LP4E SiGe BiCMOS Mixer RFICs which are optimized for high side LO applications, and offer similar performance to their low side LO counterparts.

All seven of these BiCMOS MMIC Mixers are housed in footprint compatible, RoHS compliant 4x4 mm QFN SMT packages and operate from a single +5V supply.
