Crystek Announced a New Voltage Controlled Oscillator

April 29, 2011

Crystekannounced a new voltage controlled oscillator. CVCO55CC-2850-2950 VCO operates from 2850 to 2950 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3 to 4.7 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-2850-2950 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5" x 0.5" SMD package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 2.0 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical. The CVCO55CC-2850-2950 is designed for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
