Modelithics Inc., provider of the most comprehensive collection of high accuracy equivalent circuit models for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave devices, announces this year’s major release of the Modelithics® COMPLETE Library™, version 12.1 for NI AWR Design Environment software.
The new release includes over 50 new models, representing over 1500 individual devices, which are now available as an upgrade for current Modelithics COMPLETE Library customers using Microwave Office circuit design software. New models include Microwave Global Models™ for passive components from AVX, Würth Elektronik, ATC, Passive Plus, Piconics, CoilCraft, Murata, Darfon, Taiyo Yuden and TDK. New non-linear simulation models just added with the v12.1 release include those for Aeroflex attenuators, Skyworks varactor diodes, Freescale MOSFETs, and a Qorvo (formerly TriQuint) GaAs pHEMT. A new (file-based) S-parameter model for an ultra-broadband surface-mount silicon capacitor from IPDiA is also now available as part of the SPAR Library included with Modelithics COMPLETE Library. With this new release, the Modelithics COMPLETE Library now represents 50+ vendors and over 11,000 RF and microwave devices!
Several new features have been incorporated into the v12.1 Modelithics COMPLETE Library for Microwave Office. Discrete part value selection is now available for all part-scalable Microwave Global Models™included in theModelithicsCLR Library™, and can be used for discrete optimization and tuning.
