Conrad Gagnon Appointed Chief Financial Officer of M/A-COM Technology Solutions, Inc.
Lowell, Massachusetts—Wednesday, June 24, 2009—M/A-COM Technology Solutions recently announced the appointment of Conrad Gagnon of Bedford, NH, to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gagnon, who has been with the company for nearly 25 years, has served in a number of management leadership roles in finance, sales and marketing, acquisitions, new ventures, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gagnon was Cost and Budget Manager at Ingersoll-Rand and Staff Auditor with Price Waterhouse in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mr. Gagnon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Sciences, Magna Cum Laude, received in 1976 from Boston College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
