CTS Electronic Component Solutions, a division of CTS Corp., and Microsemi Corp. built and tested a joint reference design to offer high quality products for applications requiring a master clock with a fan-out buffer that deliver ultra-low jitter without compromising performance.
Analog Devices Inc. introduced a clock buffer and divider IC that combines high-speed, extremely low jitter (41 fs across the 12-kHz to 20-MHz band) and selectable division capability.
Maxim Integrated Products Inc. announced it is now shipping the MAX11166 and MAX11167, the industry's smallest bipolar ±5 V, 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), available in a tiny 9 mm2 package.
Linear Technology announces the LTC6417, a fully differential buffer amplifier with only 1.5nV/√Hz output-referred noise. The LTC6417 is capable of driving a differential 50 Ohm load and is optimized for driving 14- and 16-bit pipeline ADCs. It can be DC- or AC-coupled at its inputs, and achieves excellent distortion performance for signals up to and beyond 600 MHz. At 140 MHz, OIP3 is 46 dBm, and HD3 is -69 dBc with 2.4 VP-P output swing into a 50Ohm load.
