Quantic™ Electronics, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, announced the acquisition of Corry Micronics (CMI), a supplier of RF and microwave components and subsystems specializing in high power and broadband solutions.

II‐VI Inc., a leader in semiconductor lasers, announced that it signed agreements to acquire EpiWorks Inc. and ANADIGICS Inc. These two businesses that will expand II‐VI's technology platforms and production capacity for semiconductor lasers with a scalable 6‐inch epitaxial growth and wafer fabrication platform.

Emerson announced that it has agreed to divest its connectivity solutions business unit to Bel Fuse Inc.  The transaction, valued at $98 million, is expected to close before the end of the fiscal year, with proceeds deployed for incremental share repurchase in 2014.

Hunter Technology Corp. announced its acquisition of the equipment and inventory assets of Spectral Response LLC (Lawrenceville, GA), an EMS supplier providing a broad range of product design and manufacturing solutions to electronics and RF OEM customers. This is Hunter’s second major acquisition in the past six months, following the purchase of assets of NBS Designs, Inc. (Milpitas, CA) last October.

OEM Capital was asked by Miteq Inc., a privately held technology company, to assist in the sale of its M C L subsidiary to a strategic acquirer.
