Linear Technology announces the LTC3639, a 150V input-capable synchronous buck converter that delivers up to 100mA of continuous output current. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 150V, eliminating the need for an external transient suspension device. The LTC3639 utilizes internal synchronous rectification and a programmable peak current-mode design to optimize efficiency over a broad range of output currents.
The NoiseWave NW-ATE series, an economical and rugged programmable noise generator, now covering from 10 MHz up to 40 GHz, is ideal for military and SATCOM applications including Ka-Band tests such as BER vs. Eb/No, interference, and jamming.
Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) introduced a second series of quad 16- and 12-bit 3 V/5 V D/A converters in space-saving 16-lead LFCSP and TSSOP packages. These new AD5686/96 nanoDAC+™ quad D/A converters offer the industry’s best DC performance (INL is ±2LSB max, offset error is ±1.5mV max and gain error is ±0.1% max) in the smallest package (3 x 3 mm LFCSP), with SPI or I²C interface options.
