This webinar will present the current state of the art and will focus on the challenges that non-handset-based wireless equipment designers face as they strive for more functionality in smaller spaces, sometimes with the added headache of having to implement broadband transceivers that can be reused at multiple frequencies. Specific topics to be covered will include integration of high performance VCOs into PLLs, integrating horizontally vs. vertically and external vs. internal matching.

Eamon Nash is an Applications Engineering Manager in Analog Devices' RF Products Group. He has worked at Analog Devices for 22 years, first as a Field Applications Engineer, covering mixed signal products, then as an Applications Engineer specializing in discrete RF components for wireless applications. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.Eng) in Electronics from University of Limerick, Ireland.
