Presenter Bios:

Dr. Klaus Werner is the owner of kw tec b.v., a company active in the fields of metrology, automation and consultancy. Currently, he focuses on RF Energy market development as the RF Energy Alliance executive director. Dr. Werner was previously with NXP Semiconductors as the solid state RF Energy markets business development manager. He studied physics at the RWTH Aachen University, Germany, and holds a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Device Technology from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. Dr. Werner started his professional career as a process engineer at Philips Semiconductors. Prior to his assignment in the RF power device business, he worked in several engineering and operational management functions.

Hannes Grubinger is responsible for the industrial applications market within the radio frequency market management of HUBER+SUHNER. Before joining HUBER+SUHNER in 2013, he worked in development with an emphasis on radio frequency technology. He holds B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering. Dr. Grubinger’s research focused on the field of radio-frequency technology, including antennas, passive components, oscillators and low-noise systems

Hans Peter is currently responsible for the business development function at Anaren, with focus on RF Energy applications and markets. He has been with Anaren for more than twenty years, holding various roles in engineering and various management positions. Hans Peter was responsible for the design of some of the company’s first Xinger components. Ostergaard holds a MSEE degree from Aalborg University, Denmark and an MBA from Sage Graduate School.

Art Aguayo has been with Rogers Advanced Connectivity Solutions for over 20 years, where he has held various positions in Engineering, Quality Assurance and Marketing. Currently he holds the position of Sr. Market Development Manager, Wireless Telecom Networks. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico and a Masters of Science with focus in Electromagnetics from Arizona State University.
