Presenter Bio:
Rajiv Parmar joined TriQuint in 2012 and is now Marketing Manager for base station and infrastructure market power amplifiers and filters. Rajiv has been in the semiconductor industry for 20+ years and held positions in technology development, modeling, IC design and most recently in strategic marketing and product development, having been Director of Marketing at Skyworks, Maxim Integrated Products and Motorola. He joined Skyworks Solutions in 2005 to spearhead a New Business Initiative into Analog and Mixed Signal Products. At Maxim, he was Business Manager for Battery Management Products that covered such areas as fuel gauging, battery protection and charging. He has had extensive experience in the development of Power Management ICs (PMIC) and RF front-ends for cellular. Beyond the RF and power domain, his interests include sensors, nanotechnology, wireless devices, and smart materials. Rajiv has an MSEE from the University of Florida and a BA from Colgate University.
