Morion has released the new MV269, low noise OCXO in a small DIL14 package, measuring just 21 x 13 x 9.5 millimeters. Available 60 to 120 MHz, the MV269 has phase noise of -153 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and <-170 dBc/10 kHz; sinewave or HCMOS. Works at 5 or 3.3 V. Temperature stability at <5E-8 from 0° to 60° C; frequency adjustment for external synchronization provided, but due to <1E-7/year aging may work as a stand-alone unit.

With a 10 MHz MV341 type OCXO Morion achieves ultimate Allan Deviation values down to 2E-13 per 1…10 seconds and  excellent close in phase noise of <-120 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz and <-146 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz. MV341 is an ideal solution for various scientific, test and measurement, radar, signal clean-up applications. Additionally it guarantees stability level vs. operating temperature range up to 1E-9 and aging up to2E-8/year. MV341 is available with 12 V voltage supply and SIN output.

Morion announced low profile precision OCXO MV317 available with a frequency range 80 MHz 122.88 MHz. With a package size of 25 x 25 x 10.3 mm it guarantees stability level vs. operating temperature range up to 5E-8 and aging – up to 1E-7/year. The MV317 offers highly improved phase noise levels better than: -135 dB/Hz at 100 Hz, -162 dB/Hz at 1 kHz, and -176 dB/Hz at 100 kHz for 100 MHz output.

Morion announced a new low profile, high precision, low phase noise OCXO. The MV331 is available from 10 to 20 MHz and has phase noise of -152 dB/Hz at 100 Hz, -160 dB/Hz at 1 kHz, and -165 dB/Hz at 10 kHz. Long term stability is 2E-8/year, with temperature stability (-20 to +70°C) of 3E-9.

Morion has announced their new high precision, surface-mount OCXO for SatCom, GPS, network-synchronization and test & measurement applications. The MV272M is presently available at a fixed frequency of 10 MHz. The MV272M has phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz offset, with short-term stability (ADEV) better than 5 x 10^-13 per second.
