MITEQ introduces a new high reliability fiber optic transmitter with an operating bandwidth to 6 GHz. Transmitter Model number HRT-50K6G-28-20-M14 has a noise figure of 12 dB and is available in three different optical wavelengths (1550, 1490, 1310 nm). The operating temperature range is -40 to +85° C.
MITEQ introduces a new addition to its family of wide band high-dynamic range amplifiers. AMF-4D-01000800-85-30P is a connectorized small outline high-dynamic range amplifier, covering multi-octave bandwidth from 1 to 8 GHz. The housing is 23mm (H) x 18mm (L) x 8mm (W) without the connectors and heat sink.
Model AMF-5B-33003500-80-32P is a connectorized high power amplifier/module, covering 33-35 GHz and delivering approximately 2.5 W of saturated power and 2 W of P1dB over a 2 GHz band.

MITEQ Inc. introduces a new addition, Model AMF-2F-00100200-16-15P, to its family of extremely low noise and ultra small coaxial LNAs in the 0.1 to 2 GHz band. This LNA has over 30 dB of gain in a housing that is only 1.22” long and 0.88” wide without the field-replaceable SMA connectors.

The AMFW-3F-12201270-10-15P is a half-height WR-75 integrated LNA designed for harsh environmental and extreme temperature conditions. MITEQ’s Model AMFW-6F-18102120-120 is part of a new line of low profile, lightweight, small volume, and high dynamic range Ka-band very low noise amplifiers. <br><br> The new SATCOM LNA family offers a unique combination of features and performance in an extremely small footprint. Total weight is approximately 125 grams maximum, has a pressurizable waveguide at the input, and package profile is 104 mm x 22 mm x 34.5 mm.
MITEQ Inc. introduces Model AMFW-8F-17702130-150-P2-TC-WP, a very low noise, high dynamic range, temperature compensated, weatherproof Ka-band waveguide frontend operating at 17.7 to 21.3 GHz. Isolator protected at both the pressure sealed WR-42 waveguide input and K(F) connector output, the low-noise amplifier is lightweight with a small profile and footprint.

MITEQ’s new Model DA40218LC7, four-channel downconverter, integrates our standard broadband double-balanced mixer designs and IF amplifiers to provide a phase and amplitude tracked 4-channel downconverter with an integrated LO distribution network. This unit can be used for basic direction finding experiments with four antennas.

MITEQ Model AMF-2F-00020050-20-28P is a new addition to its family of low noise, wideband, and ultra-small coaxial LNAs in the 20 to 500 MHz band. This LNA has over 35 dB of gain in a housing that is only 1.22” long and 0.88” wide without the field-replaceable SMA connectors that are mounted on a removable heatsink. Gain flatness is a maximum of ±1.75 dB, though typical is ±1.0 dB.
MITEQ’s Model LNB4044N01T is part of a line of low-noise (less than 3.3 dB), high dynamic block downconverters. The LNB4044N01T incorporates a fixed frequency phase-locked LO to convert the 40 to 44 GHz RF to a 1 to 5 GHz IF band.
MITEQ Inc. introduces Model AMF-4D-02002650-90-20P to its family of rugged, single bias ultra-broadband coaxial amplifiers. This amplifier has over 25 dB of gain from 2.0 to 26.5 GHz, in a housing that is only 1" long and 0.83" wide without the field replaceable 2.92 mm connectors.
MITEQ’s AMFG family of GaN power amplifiers covers frequency ranges more than ten octaves wide. High impedances of these devices allow for excellent port match and gain flatness over very wide bandwidths. Inherent robustness of the device technology enables these amplifiers to withstand very high base temperatures or surges in RF or DC power.
MITEQ is offering a new line of mixers designed specifically for Satellite applications. The TBS2731LW1 is ideally suited for converting from L-Band to Ka-Band or Ka-Band to L-Band. The mixer has superb conversion loss and VSWRs as well as excellent spurious response and outstanding LO isolations
The Model AMF-6B-08501070-80-33P-ISO delivers over 33 dBm of power over the band 8.5 to 10.7 GHz, with over 30 dB gain and ±0.75 dB flatness. P1 dB is over 34 dBm above 10 GHz. Noise figure is less than 8 dB, port VSWR is less than 1.5:1, and it draws about 1.4A from a single +12 to +15 V DC supply.
