Keysight Technologies, Inc. announced sponsorship of the B4G MIMO Lab, part of National Taiwan University’s (NTU) High-Speed Radio Frequency and mmWave Center. Keysight also announced that is has joined the B4G/5G Technology Forum. The lab is one of the projects at the center aiming to develop key components used in Beyond 4G and 5G mobile communication systems.
Keysight Technologies, Inc. introduced the Keysight EEsof EDA 5G Baseband Exploration Library. Providing ready-to-use reference signal processing intellectual property (IP) for 5G technology research, this industry-first library dramatically increases productivity for system architects and baseband physical layer designers.
The “Solutions for RF Power Amplifier Test” application noteprovides insight into making faster, repeatable RF power amplifier tests with envelope tracking and digital pre-distortion using a range of test system techniques, and modular signal generation and analysis.
Keysight Technologies Inc. announced the availability of its Method of Implementation (MOI) document for the transmitter/receiver (Tx/Rx) interface S-parameter and impedance tests defined in version 1.1 of the MIPI Alliance Specification for D-PHY. The MOI, together with a test package such as a state file, works with the ENA Series network analyzer’s enhanced time domain analysis option (E5071C-TDR).
Keysight Technologies Inc. announced the availability of its Method of Implementation (MOI) document for USB 2.0 connector and cable assembly compliance testing using the ENA Series network analyzer’s enhanced time domain analysis option (E5071C-TDR). USB 2.0 remains popular for car navigation systems and other applications where a 480 Mbps or less transfer rate is just enough.
The “Solutions for RF Power Amplifier Test” and “Solutions for Implementing Envelope Tracking in Power Amplifiers” are the newest in the series of Keysight Power of Wireless application notes designed to provide a better understanding into the intricacies of the continuously evolving wireless industry and to help users accelerate development of their products.
Keysight Technologies Inc. introduced the industry’s highest bandwidth and lowest noise oscilloscope probe for making power integrity measurements to characterize DC power rails. The new Keysight N7020A power-rail probe specifications are tailored for a wide variety of DC power-rail measurements. Probe specifications include very low noise, a large ± 24-V offset range and 2-GHz bandwidth.
Keysight Technologies, Inc. announced the new flagship of its X-Series: the N9040B UXA signal analyzer. The UXA delivers industry-leading phase noise performance as well as 510-MHz analysis and real-time bandwidths.
Keysight Technologies Inc. introduced the B2980A Series of femto/picoammeters and electrometers, the world’s first graphical picoammeters and electrometers to confidently measure down to 0.01 fA which is 0.01 x 10-15 A, and up to 10 petaohms (PΩ) which is 10 x 1015 ohms. The B2980A Series meters offers best-in-class performance, with a 2 pA to 20 mA operating range and an internal 1000 V source.
