Analog Devices, Inc. announced new releases of its popular RF design tools, which now provide support for Hittite Microwave Corp. products from ADI. The ADIsimRF™ design tool enables engineers to model RF and microwave signal chains using devices from across ADI's RF IC portfolio. ADIsimRF Version 1.9 adds 190 mixers, amplifiers, switches and attenuators, which are primarily from the Hittite portfolio.
Analog Devices Inc. announced immediate availability of the AD-FMCADC2-EBZ FMC module with HDL code and software drivers for rapid design prototyping and interoperability with Xilinx FPGAs. The AD-FMCADC2-EBZ board incorporates the 12-bit, 2.5-GSPS AD9625-2.5 A/D converter and the ADA4961 RF amplifier, also introduced today, with input balun, power supplies and software stack.
To meet the needs of today’s radio and RF communication equipment designers, Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) introduced the ADL5324 half-Watt RF driver amplifier. When compared to other RF driver amplifiers, the ADL5324 offers superior power efficiency and temperature tolerance.
Analog Devices Inc. announced that it has acquired Multigig Inc., a small, privately-held San Jose, California, company specializing in highly innovative high-performance clocking technology. The acquisition will enhance ADI’s clocking capabilities in stand-alone and embedded applications, and will strengthen ADI’s industry-leading position in delivering high-speed data converters and signal processing solutions for our customers.
