Marki Microwave has expanded the firm's line of passive GaAs MMIC equalizers to cover all applications from L- to Ka-Band. Optimized for excellent return loss over the entire band, the MEQ series equalizers provide consistent unit-to-unit performance in a small low-cost form factor.
After 25 years of stable management structure, Marki Microwave announces their first ever change in executive leadership. Christopher F. Marki, Ph.D. has assumed the role of chief executive officer, while Ferenc Marki will remain as president of the company. Read below for a review of 2016 developments from the new CEO.
Marki Microwave is proud to announce the release of MMIC mixers and amplifiers at the International Microwave Symposium in Phoenix. After several years of intensive development, the new GaAs Schottky MMIC mixers serve as an outstanding low cost and high performance complement to Marki's existing band ofdouble balanced Microlithic® mixers. Between these two products lines, Marki has every RF and LO frequency from 1.5 to 67 GHz covered with some type of chip scale form factor design.
Marki Microwave Inc.'s ultra-high linearity, ridiculously broadband T3 mixers are now offered with complete frequency overlap on all three ports up to 18 GHz. The T3H-18 and T3H-20 feature RF/LO coverage of .01-18/20 GHz, with matching IF coverage of .01-18 GHz.
GaN power amplifiers are driving demand for increased power handling from supporting passive components, and Marki Microwave is responding with new high power bias tees and baluns. The new high power surface mount baluns (BALH-0003SMG and BALH-0006SMG) have a 37 dBm 1 dB compression point and improved 5 dB insertion loss (2 dB excess).
