General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, a business unit of General Dynamics, was awarded a $25.4 million full-production contract from Lockheed Martinto support the U.S. Air Force Global Positioning System (GPS) III Network Communications Element (NCE) for space vehicles seven and eight (SV 07-08).
General Dynamics C4 Systems received the first production order from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for new software-defined, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) CM-300/350 UHF and VHF air traffic control (ATC) radios, related accessories and training materials.
