The HX4105 is designed as a reference clock frequency translator for use with the HA7000 series phase noise analyzers. The key design requirement was to maintain the extremely low phase noise characteristics of high performing 5 MHz references, and up convert to 10 MHz for the most accurate phase noise measurement.
The HA7062A is a fully integrated phase noise analyzer. It utilizes the same core engine from our model HA7402A along with a pair of HSM6001A HSM Series RF synthesizers. The stability of the agile synthesizers operating as LO sources for the high speed, cross correlation core enables an extremely reliable phase noise analyzer with, ultra fast data acquisition speeds.
Holzworth Instrumentation announces full production release of the HA7000 Series phase noise analyzers which cover a DUT range of 5MHz to 6.7GHz. The HA7000 Series currently consists of fundamental designs that respond to the highest demands from the marketplace: truly low noise floors, fast measurement speeds, reliability, ease of use, and price.
