Mini-Circuits and Modelithics Inc. have agreed to collaborate in the development of high-accuracy EDA simulation models of Mini-Circuits’ surface-mount microwave precision fixed attenuators YAT and RCAT series.
Mini-Circuits' new PGA-106 series of amplifiers deliver a winning combination of high dynamic range, low noise, and flat gain, fine-tuned to meet specific customer demands across a wide range of 75 Ω systems.
Mini-Circuits has developed an ultra-wide frequency power limiter.
Mini-Circuits CMA-545+ is a E-PHEMT based ultra-low noise MMIC amplifier operating from 50 MHz to 6 GHz with a unique combination of low noise and high IP3 making this amplifier ideal for sensitive receiver applications. This design operates on a single 3 V supply and is internally matched to 50 Ohms.
Mini-Circuits MAC mixers employ a unique new design and a highly repeatable, tightly controlled, automated process that delivers industry-leading reliability at a remarkably affordable price. Schottky diode quads meeting our strict specifications are bonded to a multilayer integrated LTCC substrate, and then hermetically sealed under a controlled atmosphere with gold-plated covers and eutectic AuSn solder.

Mini-Circuits announces current updates on a recently released oscillator. The ZX95-2600-S+ is a voltage controlled oscillator that is designed to operate from 1650 to 2600 MHz for Cable TV applications. It is built using Mini-Circuits' proven unibody construction which integrates the RF connectors with the case body to shield against unwanted signals and noise.
Mini-Circuits announces updates on an oscillator that was recently released. The MOS-868-119+ is a voltage controlled oscillator that is designed to operate from 805 to 868 MHz. For the rugged TV broadcast environment, this oscillator provides a small, shielded package to help keep out unwanted signals.
